摘要:
针对城区深基坑工程中钢筋混凝土支撑梁传统拆除方法存在的飞石、振动控制难、粉尘和噪声影响大等问题,提出了一种安全、高效、绿色的新型闷爆技术。即预先拆除妨碍地下室主体结构施工的支撑梁段;待地下室结构完工并达到设计强度后,利用该地下室结构作为密闭防护体系,对内部剩余支撑梁实施毫秒延时控制爆破。并通过精细化参数设计(单耗1 000~1 300 g/m3)、孔内外联合延期网路(单孔药量200~400 g,最大单响药量≤2 000 g)系统地控制爆破有害效应。工程应用表明:闷爆技术使爆破飞石和粉尘被完全约束在地下室结构的内部,外部噪声显著降低;实测爆破峰值振速为0.225 cm/s;混凝土与钢筋笼完全分离。为复杂环境下的深基坑支撑梁拆除提供了可推广的创新性解决方案。
